✅ Apply safety procedures in the workplace (e.g. lifting techniques, correct knife handling and use of safety data sheets – SDS).
✅ Inspect the cheese to ensure that type and quality are within customer specifications and food safety standards.
✅ Ensure that correct supplies are available on the production line before the product is executed.
✅ Prepare and cut cheese correctly before the next order is produced.
✅ Minimize waste, making cuts and repackaging whenever necessary.
✅ Separate, label and register different types of products correctly.
✅ Keep organized and legible records, ensuring efficient product tracking.
✅ Ensure the work area is clean and organized, maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
✅ Work as a team to ensure efficient use of materials and adequate order fulfillment.
✅ Rotation of positions in production, as required by management.
✅ Follow all guidelines of Employee Handbook and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
💲 Hourly rate: US$ 18.93 per hour
⏳ Workload: 10 hour shift

🔹 Experience in the food production industry is desirable but not required..
🔹 Availability for overtime when necessary.
🔹 Ability to work good teamwork in a manufacturing environment.
🔹 Good motor coordination and attention to detail to ensure quality in the work.
🔹 Capacity of read production schedules and product specifications.
🔹 Ability to make decisions and solve problems efficiently.
🔹 Ability to follow instructions accurately.
🔹 Ability to stand and walk for 10 hours per turn.
